🛡 Security Deposit Information (RWF 70,000)

For both packages, a security deposit of RWF 70,000 is payable no later than 48 hours before the event. This deposit covers potential damages, missing venue property, excessive cleaning, or overtime past 10:00 PM. The remaining balance is returned to you within 3 business days after the event.

💳 Payment Schedule & Terms

• First Instalment (50%): Due immediately upon booking to guarantee and protect your date.
• Second Instalment (50%): Due no later than 14 days before your event.
• Non-Refundable: In accordance with our Venue Rental Agreement, paid instalments are non-refundable.
• Confidential Details: Bank and Mobile Money transfer coordinates are shared directly upon booking confirmation, not published publicly on the website.
